How do I return an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receipt via Returnista.

Enter your order number and email address on the return page of Returnista - this link was also send to you in the order comfirmation email. You will now enter your own environment to return your items. Here you will see the items you ordered, which you can check to return. Next, select the reason for the return.
After completing all steps, a return label will be generated for the items you want to return, and you will receive this in your email. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Bring your package to the nearest drop-off point.
Should the return of the items fail, we would like to ask you to contact Returnista or NYDJ customer service before returning the package.
How can I exchange an item?
At NYDJ you can easily exchange items for a different size. You can arrange this within 30 days of receiving your order via Returnista.
Enter your order number and email address on the Returnista return page (you’ll also find the link in your order confirmation email).
Select the product you want to exchange and choose “Receive the right size.”
Choose the desired size and click “Select.”
Complete the steps and confirm your request.
Once your exchange request has been processed, you will receive a new return label by email.
Exchanges are free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
We cover both the return shipping of your old item and the shipment of the new one.

If you experience any issues with returning your items, please contact Returnista or our customer service before sending the parcel back.
Returning items
NYDJ guarantees a refund for all returned items, provided they are returned in their original condition: unworn (fitting is allowed), undamaged and with all original tags/labels attached.
If an item shows signs of wear, we may charge additional costs.
Refunds
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return.
You will receive a credit note by email, and the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
Has my return been received?
Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you use our return service via DHL (Netherlands) or DPD (Belgium), this usually takes less than a week.
If you send the package using your own courier, processing may take 2–3 weeks.
I received an incorrect or damaged item
We are very sorry this happened. Please contact our customer service right away so we can provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
