How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may return the items free of charge with UPS. NYDJ guarantees that you will receive your money for all returned items, provided the items are returned in the original condition. If the product is not in original condition, you should compensate for lost value.

Free Return with UPS
1. In the box you will find a return form and a return sticker. Please complete the return form on freewill and put it in the box together with the item to be returned or exchanged.

  1. Stick the enclosed return sticker on the box, over the label already affixed by us. If this is missing from the box, please contact our customer service before sending the parcel.
  2. Then call UPS to make a collection appointment with them. Remember to keep the parcel at hand during the telephone call, because UPS will need some details from the return sticker.

You may also return the parcel by handing it over to a UPS Access Point. You can find the nearest location on www.ups.com.

If you do not wish to use our free return service via UPS, we are not able to track the return shipment. If the package gets lost, we ask you to help our customer service to obtain the tracking information by, for example, checking the status at your chosen postal service. If a package is lost, we need a proof of shipment where the address of our warehouse is visible, before we proceed to a refund. This is because it indicates the you have returned your package to the correct address and when. Therefore we strongly advice you to keep the acknowledgement of dispatch. The cost of this return shipment will be chargeable to you. You can send the parcel to:

The costs for return shipments are at your own expense when returning an article after the 30-day return period.

RETURN

Refund: If chosen for a refund, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 working days after having received your return. You will receive an e-mail with a credit note as soon as the transfer has been made. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method as you used when placing the order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. You can return the items you want and then place a new order.

 

Have you received my returned items?

You will receive a confirmation by email once your return is being processed. When you make use of our free return service via UPS, this will most likely be the case within a week. However, if you send your package via a private courier, it can take up to two untill three weeks.

 

I have received an incorrect or damaged item

However hard we try to prevent this, it may happen that you receive an incorrect or damaged item. If this is the case, we are truly sorry. Please contact our customer service so we can provide a suitable solution.
